Here are your easy, step-by-step instructions for migrating
your account to our new and improved system.
Step 1: Create your new Synaptix account.
To create your new Synaptix account, simply click here
and choose your hosting plan and any other services you want.
You can also choose to transfer your domain name and we will
give you a one-year renewal for only $7.99 -- a $17 savings!
Complete the account setup all the way through the payment
screen.
Step 2: Backup your Old Web Site and Emails
Ask your webmaster to backup your website.
Make sure to back up all your emails as well, if you use
outlook then you should have all your email in your computer,
if not go to your old email and send them to other email like
yahoo or hotmail, or setup outlook and have it sync.
Note: You will not be able to log in to the old
emails.
Step 2: Create the Domain and Emails
Log into your account and
- Create the domain
for your website
- Create your email
accounts
- Enable FrontPage
extensions (if you use them)
Step 3: Setup Your DNS
Did your webmaster backup your website yet? If not,
be sure to have your webmaster backup your website before
migrating to the new system.
If you choose to transfer your domain name, the DNS
settings will be automatically setup for you.
If you do not transfer your domain name;
- If your domain registered with us we will change the
setting to the new servers after we receive email
from you that you have moved your site.
- If you have control over your domain you will need to
change the setting though your domain registers.
Then new DNS servers are:
ns43.domaincontrol.com
ns44.domaincontrol.com
Note: We strongly encourage you to transfer your domain
name to the new system for the following reason:
- You will have full control over your domain
- Cheaper renewal fee
Step 4: Setup your Email Program
Our new spam-free email services require new settings for
your email program. To setup your email program with these
new settings, please click here and follow
this helpful guide.
Step 5: Enjoy Outstanding Service!
That’s it, now you are migrated to our new system and
can enjoy all the new and improved services, such as spam-free
email, marketing solutions, a secure shopping card
application, SSL certificates, copyright services and a whole
lot more!

the website for you for $100. You will have to pay for it
